1. YES

  2. Is this your math homework or something?

The AIRPLANE wouldn't weigh more, the c**p inside it [matter? right? :D] would. Which, would in-turn add to the airplane's weight, which would have an effect on gravity -or something-. But no, the AIRPLANE itself does not weigh more. I mean, that's technically right. Soooo ...

Yes, the MATTER inside the airplane would weigh more, not the airplane itself, though.

  3. Are the seagulls flying, or at rest?

  4. Yes. Because if the seagulls are sitting on the plane's structure inside, then their weight is directly carried by the airplane. If some are somehow flying inside, their weight is carried on a column of air below them, which is supported by the airplane. The total weight of the aircraft and birds is still 2000 lbs more than that of the plane without the birds.

  5. no cause you don't know the weight on the seagulls and wouldn't some of the seagulls be flying around inside the plane

  6. yes i think so, n it also got a limit, that's y r advised to every passenger to carry a maximum of 40 kg of luggage including hand bags

  7. Your right on it.

  8. P&Sg&s&m-s=2000lbs give or take a few ozs. for droppings.

  9. The AIRPLANE would not weigh 2000 pounds more, but there would be 2000 pounds more weight ON it.

  10. Actually, the PLANE wouldn't weigh more. However, the TOTAL weight of the plane plus its contents would be 2,000 pounds more than the empty plane, minus the weight of the air displaced by the seagulls.

  11. lol i think so . answer mine http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...

  12. NO THE AIRPLANE WOULD WEIGH THE SAME.

THE PLANE PLUS THE CARGO WOULD HAVE A DIFFERENT WEIGHT

  13. If the seagulls don't put their weight on the plane, it won't affect the weight of the plane (^-^)

  14. the plane would get lighter by 4.639lbs for every 24.1 adult male seagulls and 14.998lbs lighter for every 28 female seagulls. if a seagull died during flight, the plane would become tail heavy by .22 ft-lbs for every dead bird regardless of it's gender. if a bird is flying or resting, it doesn't matter.
