If you have videos on youtube....?

will good collages not accept you? I know it sounds kinda stupid, but i just got off the phone with my friend and she said that i should delet all my videos on youtube because the people at collage look at them and if they are stupid they wont accept you. It may sound far fetched to you, and i dont really believe it, but my friend really dose, so is it true?

It'd be hard for your school to find you on youtube unless they had your full name on it, and/or someone has released that information to them.

Assuming you posted under a nickname, or screen name, prospective colleges should have no idea of knowing which videos are yours, unless you told them.

So no, your youtube videos won't affect acceptance into college.

dont worry they cant turn you away because of that and your friends just trying to scare you. wut are your youtube videos?

Just delete the ones that you don't want your college proffesors to see.  They probably won't find them as long as they don't have your name in them or in the title.  Also, if you have a myspace, facebook, or any other type of profile, delete anything on them that is innapropriate, even if you have privacy settings set on them.  Remember, there is always a way for someone else to look at your profile.
