and your tennant gets into trouble with the law like the cops comme in to arrest them can you get in any kind of trouble?

just wondering.

Yes, if the tenant is growing enough pot, or making enough other drug, the DEA can take your house.

Depends, if he gets in trouble for weed you had put in his room or whatever, than it may come back to you, but really only in drastic things can the landlord get in trouble. Most landlord's kick the tenant out or give them a 30 day eviction notice or whatever if they get into trouble with the law.

Good point to the peace officer below me. And if you admit to knowing about such grown substances, jail time may be a necessitie for you. You will be charged with being an accesoriy to a felony crime.
