Sometimes, we do, when we have a blocked nose. You roll an egg from one side to another. But it is in case you are lazy to go to the doctor as visiting a doctor in Russia is still free (you don't need to pay). But it is an old "grandparents" method. Nowadays we have a lot of good medicine to help to overcome cold or any other illness and the medicine for flu or cold or blocked nose you can buy in a drug store even without visiting a doctor. But my advice is to visit a doctor or to call for the one to come. And when you have a temperature, to stay in bed for a few days.
