Ike is noticeably bigger and stronger.  If they were closer to natural size Ricky would win because he would be too busy in the early rounds and would not allow Quartey to set up his excellent jab and mount a mid or late rounds attack.  

Because Ike is naturally stronger he would walk Ricky down, breaking him apart gradually.  Ike likes to take his time and pick his shots.  Ricky would have a difficult time hurting Ike or even breaking through his defense.  

Quartey takes it in 12 or he stops RIcky late.

Ricky Hatton is no slouch guys.  Mayweather whipped him but Mayweather is special.  Ricky Hatton will still beat 95% of the guys out there.  Look what Vargas did to Quartey, as well as De La Hoya, Jose Luis Lopez.....I wouldnt be at all surprised to see Ricky pull out a tough win against Bazooka.
