Im having trouble configuring my

im having trouble configuring my cect p168 to access the internet. im on a vodafone prepay plan and i cannot even access the free vodafone live web page...help?also in regards to the p168 im in a bit of a pickle working out the settings needed to put mp4 files onto the TF memory card. every video i put on results in a major blow to the framerate and thus the audio and video grow more and more out of sync. (not that it ever started in sync. :S)
