Im looking for a cheap camcorder. (England)?

Hi im looking for a decnet yet very cheap camcorder off an english non paypal website (credit card or summet) although i dont mind and im wondering whats the cheapest i can get but also had good sound, my freinds selling his for 20£...

But i dont really give a hype about the lcd display... ;)

£20  for friends Camcrder seems good. 2nd hand tape camcorders are  cheap as everyone wants digi.
