Question:

Im overly-sensitive...

i hate getting into arguements because im afraid i may start crying or something.... this happens ..... and its more embarrissing than anything so i'd rather walk away....

but how do i keep from crying, my heart racing and my voice cracking when im in an arguement?????

  1. I do exactly the same thing, I have learnt to accept it, this is how the emotion comes out with me I have learnt to control it better by deep breathing exercises and tapping my hand on my leg may look weird but it works.  Stress management can help with this too.


  2. I'd like an answer to this question as well. I'm a really laid back kind of person but I cry easily...mostly out of sheer frustration.

    I don't think there is really anything you or anyone else can do/say to make you not cry so easily. I've tried holding it in but the tears just well up and ya can't help it.

    Best advice: get used to people seeing you cry and try to look cute doing it.

  3. Have you tried meditation/deep breathing exercises/ Yoga or anything like that on a daily basis? these should help you gain greater self-control.

    Also a little bit of exercise (half an hour) everyday will help(brisk walking, etc) with your overall health but the list above should be helpful.


  4. the most important thing is confidence and i think u have no plenty of it. try to increase your confidence  level. u are a person as are in the world and can do everything  like common people as giving arguments.   just recognize your personality and  make it better.   learn to face people because without it u can't survive in world. wish u all the best. bye
