Immigration to UK?

Dear freinds

I have a sister who is 14 years old.my aunt who live in UK offerd her to immigrate to UK and live there with her family. would you mind please tell me what are the requirments for my sister to immigrate to UK from Iran?

she has family in the uk, you will be fine.

well her family already lives there..

so the only thing she needs to do is learn the language, get a school and make sure the goverment know about it.

see im only 14 aswell..

so i wouldnt trust me to much.

id try getting help from a lawyer..

i wouldnt no to much about it myself..

You aunt needs to be

1) Legal guardian

OR

2) Foster Parent

OR

3) adopting parent of your sister

only then she can bring her to UK. Merely being aunt doesn't  qualify you aunt to sponsor you sister to invite to live in UK for permanent basis.

She will have a difficult time due to the fact the application is coming from Iran and I would suspect that it would be rejected. Furthermore since it is your aunt and not your sister's parents who reside in the UK, it is my understanding that, she would not be allowed entry to live unless your aunt had legal custody of her. Since she does not and is under 18 I do not see any possible way of entering the UK to live.  

My recommendation would be to review the rules on the UK websie regarding entry.
