In melbourne?

Question

is there any place in melbourne where you can rest few hours after a long flight? I have to catch a later bus, but I don't want to take a room in a hotel it's too expensive.

Yes, I agree about couch-surfing, but please bear in mind that the airport is not convenient to many people's homes. What with frequent traffic gridlock, it can take hours to get from the airport to many parts of Melbourne - not very relaxing!

Why not book your bus for a day or two later, once you have found a couch?  That will give you plenty of time to rest, and to meet some friendly Melbournians and see a little bit of our fine city!
