In michigan for comcast subscribers?

I just subscribed to comcast bundle package with phone, internet service and cable tv. The phone will never be more than 35 dollars but the internet and television rate are for 6 mo. The rep on the phone said when 6 mo is over to call her, extension and she can hook me up with another plan. Has anyone else done this and did they get a new plan when their 6 mon trial was over?

We live in Flint. They got us with the same thing. When we tried to get the new plan they told us that the special rates were only for new customers so we couldn't get the deal. They'll tell you anything to get you to sign up. They'll tell you whatever they want until the time comes then the story changes. They know that they are the only option that anyone in this area has for cable and high speed Internet so they can charge whatever they want.
