  1. LIL WAYNE is talking about new orleans and about how its a high crime area. Hes also talkin about how he hustles and how he gets money. Numerous times he talks about how he will kill and how he'll do it and if he doesnt get his money and is willing to fight for him self and his family. He also says that you should be happy with what you got and not complain about stuff u want.
