Question:

Indiana (IU) Fossil Kaleidoscope watch

You are supposed to be able to push a button and change the face of the watch from gray to red with IU emblem on it. The watch runs fine but the IU face will not appear. Thought maybe the watch had 2 batteries and 1 needed replace, but only has 1 battery. What could be the problem.
