Indians and africans in hong kong?

whats up with the indians and africans in hong kong? they like come out at night and group up in street corners... they usually approach white tourist and offer them something which i don't know... what do they offer anyway???

  1. Mostly they are trying to sell you suits and other tailored things or they are offering fake Rolex and other luxury brand watches


  2. They handed out VIP card and information leaflets to me, because many of them run Indian restaurants inside the ChongHing Building in Tsim Sha Tsui. They are nice people.

    btw that isn't a VIP card at all becos everyone can get one... lol
