  1. im guessing that your getting the DRZ because you want to trail ride so im not going to suggest any other bike. i used to ride this bike and i still have it. i never had any problems with it and it was a pretty cool overall bike. very nice for trails and things like that but not the best bike for racing or the motocross track. hope this helps!

  2. well i had one i had alot of fun on it i could ride a wheelie for a long time its a fun bike to learn on.put gas in it and oil and ride all day long have fun

  3. you would be much happier on a honda crf 150F ... the DRZ 125s will not stand up over time to alot of offraod riding....

  5. How come your getting something you know nothing about?

No offence intended but this seems odd to me.

  6. its a great bike for kids, but you will most likly out grow it in a year or two. It is a reliable machine with great resale value. I say, keep it, learn on it, and when you outgrow it, sell it and get a bigger bike that will fit you......

as far as top speed goes, these bikes are not known for thier performance and power. They will take you most anywhere.....but the top speed is about 40-50 mph....

  7. My brother has one and its an okay bike.  I personally like the Yamaha Ttr125l Better it has more torque and if you like to wheelie then this is better than the drz125
