Information about salesperson?

i need to know what is their salary, education requirement, job description, and why is it a good job.

Realty sales have no education requirement.  Job is to put people in your car and drive them until they find a home they like; fill out the contract; hand them the keys.   No salary.  You may make $8,000 your first year.  $30,000 in 3 years.  It's the best job in the world.  Of the 100 people in my realty license class, i'm the only one left. /

If you are talking about real estate salesperson.

You should not think of it as a job as much as starting your own company.  There is no salary and no real hard and fast job description.

You have to have a real estate license and those requirements can be found on line at your State's real estate commission web site.

It will be tough to get started like any new business.  A great thing is to work with a company that provides good training and good mentoring.  The start up cost can be held down by working at a company that charges you a substantial percentage of your sales rather than a hefty monthly fee.

I think it is a good job because I am paid what I am worth.  And when I am willing to take off for a child's game or vacation I do not need someone else's permission.  I make all my own decisions (although the need for income prevents me from taking off much).
