Information on RICHARD B. KIRWAN.?

Question

Richard B. Kirwan was an attorney during the 1930's through the 1950's. We do know that he assisted a lot in adoptions out of Kansas City, Missouri, both private and public with a variety of Adoption Agencys or Home Finding Organizations. We also know that while he was working on these adoption cases, he was the guardian ad litem for each child.

We do not know the name of his practice, or if he practiced alone. Any help, no matter how small or large, is appreciated.

Did you call the Bar Association in Kansas City....sometimes they tend to be "tight lipped" but so much time has passed and this man may not even be alive.

Also call the court house there in Kansas City and ask if they have any information on the attorney 's filings on Microfilm.....do not say the work "adoption"   call it family law.

They may be very sympathetic and want to help...who knows old files may be lingering in someone's attic......it's not unheard of....
