Information on ghosts and paranormal?

Question

I need some good websites that are informative and perhaps slighlty opinionated. They CANNOT be .com websites. This if for a research paper so only:

.org

.net

.gov

etc.

are accepted. They will be cited in the bibliography so it will be known which site the information was attained from. I have searched Google and tried a variety of search engines for educaitonal purposes but perhaps I wasn't searching correctly. Any info will be greatlty appreciated. Thank You!!!!

Also, I have to have an interview of someone's opinion on ghosts. I would prefer to interview someone who has had experience with the paranormal, someone who is knowledgable of the paranormal, or someone who DOES BELIEVE in ghosts. i just e-mailed you:

i believe i saw a ghost years back. i woke in the middle of the night and saw a figure leaning over a low dresser where my wife kept her jewelry. i called out to her, "Kath, what are you doing up at this hour. Kath!" no answer. so i swung my hand to hit her in the butt and my hand went right through the image. i swung my other hand over to the side of the bed where she slept and i hit her in the stomach and woke her. she asked what was going on. i looked back over towards the bureau and the image was gone.

my wife later explained the story to one of her friends. it so happened that the friends grandmother used to rent the very same apartment a few years before that and she died there. i described the height, etc of the image and she said that i just described her grandmother.
