Inground pools???

I am thinking about geting an in-ground pool installed. I am looknig for anyone who has an in ground pool! I am wondering what it costs to be installed and also the average price for yearly up keep. What kind of chemicals, pumps, cleaners, and filter do I need?

I just had one built almost a year ago.  It was $35,000 but we did some upgrades like raised spa (hottub), weeping wall, salt chlorination system, pebble finish.  I highly recommend getting the salt chlorination system, it will keep your chemical costs down greatly and is only about a $1000-$1200 upgrade.  With that installed, I think we probably only pay about $10-$30/mo including chemicals and electricity to run the pumps.
