Hey everyone,Lately I have been feeling my inner quadricep and hip flexor tighten a lot when I run. It's a nagging pain that gets a little better as my run continues but it's still annoying. I stretch it quite a bit and after my run it's still a little sore and stiff. Its definitely not my shoes as I just bought a new pair. Has anyone had this? if so, what's the best thing to do? Thanks!!
