Question:

Instal of Onetouch4

After instaling the Onetouch4 to my hp pavilios (xp) my system wouldn't go past the blue windows xp screen and complete the booting up process. If I pulled out the usb cable , it would reboot. Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong?
