Did you burn the cd yourself? It sounds faulty.

Download the iso again, run a checksum on it, then burn it at 1x. Then do a checksum on the cd.

Or you can request a cd from them.

You probably burned the CD too fast. Try 8x or 16x, they will work much more reliably.
