Instate tuition...?

OK, a while back i remember reading about a program that gave illinois, indiana and michigan students the opportunity to attend the schools in each for instate tuition...such as u of illinois, u of indiana, and u of michigan...was this real or am i a disillusioned kid?

It's called "reciprocity" and it does exist in some regions.  For example, I live in Minnesota and we have tuition reciprocity with Wisconsin and a few other places.  To find out if the school you want to attend honors it, give their financial aid department a call and ask.
