International driverrs lecens?

I need a IDL but idk how to get one. how old do i need to be? i am going to be 15 when i get it (if i can). living in nys. i need it for indonesia...i NEED it.

What is a 'lecens'? And where is 'nys'?  You are only 15, you don't even know how to spell the item you want to obtain, or the city you live in!  And you want to drive! Abroad! Jeez!

Its International Driving Permit (IDP). Its nothing but a translation of the license of your local country. To get an IDP you should have the Driving License of your own country. And you should also apply for IDP to the authorities in your own country who issue Driving Licenses.
