Internet explorer glitch?

everytime i try to close out a window while on the internet, it will not close.

Just try to wait for it to close. If it doesn't, something is wrong with your computer. If you're using Microsoft Windows, try pressing "Ctrl+Alt+Delete"

A window will appear. Click on the 'Internet Explorer' title then click 'end task'

if it doesn't work, I don't know what to do anymore :D
