  1. Go on google and look for and download CleanUp!

That will delete every trace of your internet history.

About the wireless thing...well they could c where you are going only if they have a tracker that keeps record of the websites visited.

Could they report you to the police? Well why are you so afraid? You been watchin illegal p**n or something? TSK TSK TSK bad boy!

  2. Download CCleaner: http://www.ccleaner.com

If you only cleared the history from within your Web browser, it can be easily recovered. History is also stored in the registry and .dat files which can be read with special software. These files keep logs of everything you do. CCleaner will delete all traces of your online activity including the index.dat files making a restore nearly impossible - just make sure to enable the "secure" delete option. CCleaner is free and highly recommended.

  3. download Windows Cleanup, it's more better!!

Use it before you shutdown your pc, it cleans up everything..

Cookies, temporary files, history etc. It also helps your computer to get better.

  4. Like Samuel said you should Download CCleaner. Trust me. This removes all traces of you from the computer except your finger prints on the keyboard :)
