  1. Depends, what's your connection speed? If its a 256 Mb connection then prepare to pay a lot.

  2. For 1MB the cost is 16$ so that for 3 weeks the service provider will calculate how much MBs you used (for example if it's 120MB then 120*16$ -1920$ charge you, suppose 30MB then 30MB*16 = 480$).It's depends on you usage.

Please get clear details from your service provider,Since they will have many plans such case any one is suitable for you.

  3. It entirely depends on how many pages you visit and what kinds of pages you like to visit.

Pages with a lot of pictures, code, and Flash animations will force your computer to download more MB/s to view that webpage than one that is, say, only a text page with a few pictures.

Personally, I wouldn't get internet that costs by the MB/s. Get one that gives you a flat rate, otherwise you'll probably be paying astronomical prices just by trying to go on MySpace every few hours.

Edit: If you're desperate for internet, try internet cafes. They cost a bit, but if you're only going to use them for a few minutes a week, it's the best deal.
