I think you would need to contact the company direct. Try looking on the internet for companies you are interested in and sending them an email. They might be able to give more guidance. You will need the assistance of the company to sponsor your visa. I think you will also need to ensure you have completed high school (in the US most teens complete high school at 17/18 years old).
