Inverted nipple HELP?

Question

ok i had a cyst right behide my nipple on my right breast. Ok i had it removed, with a needle a doctor used. But ever since i noticed i had a bumb on my right breast my nipple never seems the same. Both my nipples got hard no problem but now. My right one never gets hard anymore hardly its ALWAYS inverted and it never used to be what can i do. i hate it being inverted. oh btw i am not pregnant

You can buy nipple shields that you wear inside your bra to "train" the nipple to stick out. Otherwise it isn't really a problem (besides looks) unless you want to breastfeed in the future.
