Invitation to become a chacha guide?

I am a part time student and part time employee trying to become a chacha guide to help expand my knowledge, occupy lots and lots of freetime (hello, computer nerd present), and make a couple dollars doing what I always do... hanging out on my trusty old computer. I feel as if I have a vast vocabulary and very quick capabilities when it comes to processing thoughts into typed words. Now that I have explained why I can be the next great chacha guide, what does it take to meet a master-guide that has an open invite to this world? And will hopefully take me through the ropes? I have already sent in my application, but like I said... I am determined!
