I Have a io DVR box and somtimes when i go to see a show i recorded it is just a black screen what should i do!?!?!?!?!?!?

  1. Is there any chance you tried to record a channel you did not subscribe to? Otherwise get on their case.


  2. Call the company that you got the DVR from and they can walk you through something. Either that, or unplug it and let it rest for a few minutes. That usually works.
