Ip changer for an application?

Question

Does anyone know of a FREE (not trial software) IP changer that will change my ip address for the applications i need? For example Warcraft III, and other applications that use the internet.

if you need to change your ip

unplug your modem

use another network device - new network card , or use mac address cloning in the router setup to tell the isp that it is now a different network device ( as new mac address)

Plug everything in and reboot

the system ( in most cases ) will give you a new ip

You may have to unplug your isp modem overnight

Some people use Hamachi to create a vpn tunnel
