Iphone app where????

Question

I just got an iphone. I got the contact and everything so is not unlock.

I wonder where can I find cool app outside iTunes even if the iphone is still lock. Just wondering for some home made programs or something like that.

(i know I have "not and un" both negative in a sentence but makes better sense)
