Ipod Nano 3rd gen. help?!?

Question

So my dad just got a new ipod nano for his birthday and i was attempting to set it up for him,however when i plugged it in and went to itunes it said i needed to register it [which i was going to do but i couldnt scroll over to hit the "register" button,so i clicked "register later"] then it took me the license agreement page,and i checked that i agreed and understood but it didnt take me anywhere.the only thing i can think of is that after that there is a "agree" button on the right side,but i couldnt scroll over!

needless to say i am frustrated and have done everything I can think of.

help?!?

well try the thing all over again..

i dont remember of any registration while setting it up..download itunes first..ok!

then plug in the ipod and the rest it will direct u..and do as they say..

Why can't you scroll over?

try the apple troubleshotting page...i dont have thet prob with any of them...?

sometimes what happens it glitchs so u mite need to download it again
