Ipod Nano 3rd generations help!

Question

i disconnected my ipod and ever since it is stuck on the " connected , eject before disconnecting " screen ... what do i do!!

oh and i tried plugging it into my computer and nothing happens

reset your ipod using force restore.

hold down menu and middle button for a couple seconds until apple logo appears on screen. wait and it should reboot.
