Ok so uve had a ipod nano for about a year now

And every time i buy a new pair of earphones for it ( all compatible) after about a month or 2 at the most one earphone just stops working.

Then the other one follows and only sound will come out if i twist the cable round and even then the sound only last a few seconds.

Ive bought over 9 pairs of different earphones and it happens with all of them

Is this the ipod or the earphones?and what can i do , im running out of money buy new earphones every month

Thanks

  1. try changing your eq under settings, some eq settings can make them go out quick.

  2. nah trust me its normal with earphones

    it always happens

    1 busts

then a few days later the other earphone busts with it

the reason for this being is your pumping up the music too loud

    OR

u play ur music for a really long time

the wires start to get really hot and the isolation melts then it goes ZZZZZZZZ DOOOM

    stops working

    and there u hav it

u cant do nothing about stopping the earphones to bust

    coz they will eventually

    peace

  3. this happened to me, it was cause i wrapped the earphones around my ipod and the wires broke. .take better care with them or buy a better brand or from a diffenret place. .

maybe instead of buying heaps of earphones get a better ipod
