Ipod nano 3rd generation question;

Question

Ok i dont know why my ipod doesnt work!

I connected it and it simply doesnt do anything;

i looked on the websites

and it says to hold the menu and middle

button till the apple logo appears

and i did that;

then iTunes says it doesnt recognize

my ipod;

doesnt make sense

but need help!

Try restarting your computer. If that doesn't help, un-install and re-install the latest version of iTunes. Good luck!

you can go into the applestore on the internet and then right above where you search for something there should be an icon that says chat and then you can talk to an apple pro about it and they will either find out what is wrong with it or tell you to come in and exchange it if they still cant figure out the problem once you get there
