what foods and drinks are rich in iron??

  1. broccoli, kale, brussels sprouts, sweet potaoes, turnips (blah, not my favorite), beets, chicken and beef liver, and leafy greens such as spinach.

    Get a good vegetarian cookbook and look for recipes that help make the above taste good!


  2. leafy green veggies, avocados,  blueberries, broccoli..   most  any veggie/fruit will have this.

    to name a few.

    let alone nuts, seeds....

  3. Greens like spinach are very rich in iron. Also chicken liver is good but has alot of cholesterol. And pomegranate juice is a good source of iron!

  4. cream of wheat is really high in iron!!!

  5. liver, any leafy greens, raisins, that's all I can think of
