Is Car-Auction.com a scam?

came across a "too good to be real" kinda website, and it won't let me view the cars unless i buy a member ship first. HELP. Is this site for real?

i would look elsewhere if i was you, especially for buying a membership that you don't know what's inside, at least with costco , you do, and to quote you "too good to be real"
