I want to take the singing classes.

But I heard its a scam.

What are some other good talent agencys/Classes ...places? You could go to get a good singing/modeling education?

In the entertainment community, JRP is considered a scam.  Models don't need to go to modeling school...either you have the right look or you don't.  If you have the look the agency will teach you the rest.  

As for acting/singing, if you are not in a large market (New York, Los Angeles or Chicago) look for a local community theater.  They may have a youth program or at least be able to direct you to a legitimate place of study.
