yes, they are not big two legged beast though. they look like naked Grey dogs but with a longer head. they have pictures of them on google.

Maybe...just keep your pets ,loved ones,yourself and livestock safely locked up every night, and invest in a shot gun to keep the odds in your favor.

"El Chupacabra" in the sense of a 3 foot, reptilian humanoid with spikes, big red eyes and hopping around like a Kangaroo, sucking the blood of any and all livestock it can get its fangs into?  That's up for debate.  Lack of photographs, bodies, video, and all of that makes it hard to swallow.

"El Chupacabra" in the sense that -something- is going around the southern states and countries and ravaging animals, sucking their blood out is absolutely true.  There are many photographs of the attacked and dead animals, as well as many articles on the cases.  Something is out there, doing this to chickens, pets and livestock.

I would say no, simply as in the case of Bigfoot and nessie there is no gene pool or dead ones to poke at.
