Hoax all the way.  MSN wouldn't be that harsh, nor would they close down.  Go make a name on MSN and see if they do anything.

it's not true.....i got that message like 8 months ago.i didn't sent it 2 a single person and my msn is still working perfectly.

MSN did not say that.

MSN will not do that. It wants to stand tall among its competitiors.

Unless the official website discloses such news please do not believe and get worried about these kind of hoax messages.
