Currently, I ordered a T-shirt online from MerchDirect, but I was declined my purchase, but I cannot cancel the order. I checked their FAQs page, and it says that if my order was declined, it will take 30 days to fix that, plus they might charge me extra for some F-ing reason for a temporary time and show it on my account statement!! My question is, why does it take so long? And what's the point of declining the order? Who else has problems with MerchDirect?
