  1. No, they're Pentacostal -- they believe in speaking in tongues and people today having the gift of prophecy and things like that. Not to knock their freedom to pursue any religion they choose at all, just saying...

    Sarah Palin is anti-birth control, feeling that if people are not educated about birth control, they'll stop having s*x outside marriage.  In the same manner, she feels if the government outlaws abortions, women will stop having them. They had them before it was legal-- they just weren't safe.

  2. "Too many babies" according to whom?  You?  Nice assumption, by the way, that only Catholics have "too many babies".  My evangelical  Christian cousin with 10 children would beg to differ.

    No.  As others have told you, Palin is not Catholic.

    It never ceases to amaze me that the same people who bleat about the "right" every woman has to "reproductive choice" think they get to criticize any woman who CHOOSES to have more than two children at the most.  Is the fine print on that "women have a right to choose, as long as we like their choice"?

  3. Actually, Palin was baptized as a Catholic, but converted to Assembly of God as a teen.

  4. TOO many babies? Are you kidding? They only have five. Five kids, spread out a lot. The oldest is 18 or 19 and the youngest is an infant.

    If they can afford to feed them, clothe them, house them, educate them and love them -- which they can -- it's not TOO MANY babies.

    And no, Gov. Palin and her husband are not Catholic.

    She has so many babies because in addition to being anti-choice and pro abstinence only education, she's also against the birth control pill.

    This misinformation that she gave to her daughters is why one is pregnant, and now she wants to force our daughters to be taught the same.
