Is Polish food healthy?

I am going over to a friends house where they will be serving traditional Polish cuisine, is that typically healthy?

depends on what they cook.  Polish sausage is not the healthiest. Neither are porogies if they are fryed

Like all cuisenes they have healthy and less healthy dishes, so it is hard to say what the hostess will prepare.

Generally Polish food is prepared from all natural ingredients- Polish people use lots of vegetables in the typical food so yes, it is healthy. Except for the food which is fried.
