I know that 'sosticketmaster.com' isnt butthis one seems to be genuin, or is it the same as sosticketmaster.com?

No it is not, yet another idiot stung by these thieves, how do they get away with it, I've e-mail watchdog and I would advise others to do the same, we paid by debit card for V fest tickets and are now down £350.00, the bank will not refund! I am gathering my evidence and will be reporting this to the authorities. I was also advised to meet at the festival the man reassured me on the mobile phone and said he was 100% genuine. Come friday the phone was switched off, the main office did not answer and the web site now has technical difficulties

No SOSMasterTicket is NOT safe, they let down Thousands of people for V Festival.

They are a FRAUD company.

Don't wait for a refund.

Do a chargeback NOW.

Stating that refunds will be done is a delaying tactic.

Call your bank NOW and say that you wish to do a chargeback for NON DELIVERY.

Please please do no book any tickets from this website.

It's not one bit safe, if you have you wont get your tickets!!

I booked my friend a ticket for V Fest, they emailed my 1 week before the event to say all tickets will now need to be collected from the venue, they gave me a contact name and number to call soon as i arrived on friday. So i got there at 12 on Friday and guess what?? The phone was off (you couldn't even leave a msg) then i called the head office number which was either engaged all or just ringing out. I had paid a lott of money for the one ticket. We went to ticketenquirerss at V Fest who advised the company has gone bust but still ripping people off...Its a joke andI'mm fuming..Lucky the bank is going to refund

I did not get my tickets for the V festival. The company that are from Spain have said that there was problems with the promoters supplying tickets. They have said that my money will be refunded in full by the end of the month. I will post the result at the end of the month.
