  7. Defra regulations insist that the corpse of any animal condemned to slaughter for harbouring an infectious pathogen is incinerated and does not enter the human foodchain. By this logic, I deduce that the takeaway across the road from my house will be serving him up as soon as they open tonight, as I have yet to find anything on their menu that is fit for human consumption.
