Is Vector a real Company?

Question

I just got hired a the Vector and i don't really like the idea of going into people's homes and trying to sale things. But i got the job anyway. It sounded a little funny after the second interview. Is it really a scam? Yeah they did the penny trick and showed the products and whatever i got hired and i don't know about it. My training starts on the 5th sombody tell me what i should do. I'm fresh out of high school and this would be my first job. Should i go with it for a while?
