Is andrew bynum cosidered soft?

no, he's probably the only defender on the Lakers who can consistently block shots and grab rebounds. i wouldn't call him soft, but he's definitely injury-prone. the way he plays defense will be determined by the status of his knee. if his knee is 100%, then he'll be a great for the Lakers (especially Pau Gasol).

h**l No. His absence is the reason LA didn't do as good against the Celtics this year. I mean LA still wouldve lost but having Bynum as a defensive presence wouldve helped.

I don't think Bynum is soft.  I remember from the regular season although Bynum didn't play well he got into a shuffle with KG.  He wouldn't back down.  

But yeah Lakers would still have lost with Bynum in the lineup this year.
