no sir ,

we are not underwater . the ground here is so dry...what rain we have received has soaked right into the ground !!  thank-goodness the rains from the hurricanes are finally starting to give people over here some relief. we are enjoying it for once. glad to see you are safe on top of your hill. if it does get bad , can i stay with your family for a few days ??
